Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a holistic healing art that invites presence and awareness to your inner voice via the communications of your body. Through this process one is able to know and experience oneself more fully. From this knowing and experience, grows the ability to embrace the opportunity for change, growth, and enhanced wellbeing in body, feelings, thought, and spirit.
PRYT may be helpful in managing a full spectrum of health imbalances. Examples include: chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and general psychological or physical stress.
Sessions include movement, dialog, mindfulness practices, and breath awareness. No yoga experience is necessary. This is not a yoga class.
Sessions are offered in-person and online.
